Why is journalism important?
There are so many stories to tell that matter. Journalism brings these stories to light and holds people of power accountable.
What’s the biggest struggle you’ve had to overcome as a teacher?
Not to beat myself up for not knowing all the things. Experience and wisdom will come with time.
Who are your biggest influencers as a teacher?
My journalism co-worker at another campus and TAJE region 1 rep, Jasinia Frausto. And my principal Steven Singleton.
